China's official newspaper "China Securities Journal," March 29 quoted unnamed sources as saying that in order to gradually narrow the trade surplus, China's regulators are considering ways to cut clothing export tax refunds.
    
     It has been reported that if the plan is approved, then China is likely to date from April 15 to garment export tax rebate rate from 13% to 11%.
    
     The report said, bags, toys and shoes, the export tax rebate rate may be reduced.
